ADHD Habit Tracker: Free, Printable and Built for Real Life
Habit trackers often fail with ADHD because one missed day turns into a broken streak and a closed app. This free habit tracker is different: pick up to 8 habits, tap the days you do them and watch your score grow, with no streak to lose.
How to Use the Habit Tracker
- Pick your habits. Choose from ADHD, Health, Body, Mind and Social ideas, or add your own.
- Choose the month and a colour theme. Dark mode works well if you plan in GoodNotes.
- Tap a square each day you do the habit. Your ticks are saved in this browser.
- Check your score at the end of each row to see progress over the month.
- Print it if you prefer a paper tracker on the fridge or desk.
Tips for Tracking Habits With ADHD
- Start with 3 to 5 habits. You can add more once the first ones feel easy.
- Make habits tiny. "Read 10 pages" beats "Read more".
- Stack them. Attach a new habit to something you already do, like a brain dump with your morning coffee.
- Count, don't streak. 20 days out of 31 is a great month, even with gaps.
- Review weekly. Look at your scores during your weekly reset and adjust.

Habit Tracker FAQ
Do habit trackers work for ADHD?
They can, especially when they are simple and forgiving. Tracking fewer habits and counting total days instead of streaks makes it easier to keep going after a missed day.
How many habits should I track?
Start with 3 to 5. Once those feel automatic, add one more at a time.
Is this habit tracker free?
Yes. It's free, needs no account and saves your ticks in your browser.
Can I print the habit tracker?
Yes. Build your tracker, then tap Print tracker for a clean one-page version.
Will my habits be saved?
Your ticks are saved in the browser you use. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, they won't carry over, so print it or use a planner for a permanent record.
